LUMA Residential is the partnership of two world-class organizations with a shared set of values and a long track record of success in residential real estate. From humble beginnings in 1984 with just one property under management, LUMA has grown into a thriving multifamily owner and operator. Since the team-up of LumaCorp with Rockport Equity in 2020 our prospects for the future have become even more brightly il-LUMA-nated!
