Our Mission

1984

LumaCorp co-founded in 2014 by industry veterans Jim Mattingly and Gerry Luterman to provide provide high-quality property management expertise to a select client list.

1989

Rich Kelly joins LumaCorp as Co-Owner and Principal, completing a transition of executive ownership from Co-Founder Gerry Luterman.

1990

Rich Kelly joins LumaCorp as Co-Owner and Principal, completing a transition of executive ownership from Co-Founder Gerry Luterman.

1999

LumaCorp completes construction and lease-up of its inaugural ground-up development project, The Wycliff Townhomes,a high-end for-sale residential asset development in the Near-North Dallas submarket.

2007

Ian Mattingly joins the LumaCorp team, taking on the role of Property and Project Manager for the Indian Creek Apartments in Carrollton, Texas.

2015

Ian Mattingly is appointed President of LumaCorp, taking an ownership position alongside Jim Mattingly and Rich Kelly. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all operational strategy and execution across the firm's portfolio.

2020

LumaCorp and Rockport Equity successfully finalize their joint venture agreement, launching LUMA Residential, a dedicated multifamily property and construction management platform for their mutual asset and investment management teams.

2021

LUMA's portfolio of managed multifamily assets exceeds $1 Billion in asset value, affirming LUMA's rapid, strategic scaling capability.
